1. Agreement & Acceptance

Welcome to the official website of Shubh Metal. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, engineering inquiries, price quotations, and purchase orders for precision brass components and valves.

By browsing this site, requesting quotes, or placing purchase orders with Shubh Metal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All website design, text, product photography, logos, and technical media belong exclusively to Shubh Metal.

• Client Designs: Technical drawings, CAD models, and custom specifications provided by clients for manufacturing remain the sole intellectual property of the customer.
• Site Content: Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of website content for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Specifications & Manufacturing

Shubh Metal manufactures turned brass components, sanitary inserts, and industrial valves adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards:

• Products are engineered according to agreed customer drawings and material standards (e.g., IS 319, RoHS, Lead-Free Brass).
• Sample approval process is completed prior to initiating full-scale production runs.
• Standard industry engineering tolerances apply unless custom tolerances are specified and confirmed in writing.

4. Quotations & Payment Terms

Commercial conditions for sales and orders are defined as follows:

• Quotations remain valid for the period specified, subject to metal market price adjustments.
• Prices exclude taxes (GST), customs duties, and shipping unless explicitly included in the formal invoice.
• Payment terms (Advance, L/C, T/T) shall follow the agreed Purchase Order contract.

5. Delivery & Export Terms

Shipping and export of precision brass turned parts are handled under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW Jamnagar). Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith, and Shubh Metal is not liable for delays caused by customs holds, port conditions, or Force Majeure events.

6. Warranty & Claims

Components are guaranteed to conform to approved sample specifications. Any quality or dimensional defect claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of shipment receipt. Our liability is limited to component replacement or credit for defective units.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from business transactions with Shubh Metal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
